Virtual self-consumption battery

Take advantage of all your surpluses with the virtual self-consumption battery and reduce your bill by 100%.

Contract your Virtual Battery with the electricity tariff that best suits you.

Available for your home, business or 3.0 TD tariffs.

With our virtual self-consumption battery you will be able to convert your generated energy into money to use it as you wish.

How does the virtual self-consumption battery work?

If until now you could only compensate the surpluses in the energy term, now you can use 100% of your generated energy and accumulate it in your virtual battery, spending it at any time of the day, even at night!

Without wasting or giving away a single kWh!

It works as a solar energy battery, converting the kWh generated that you do not self-consume into Euros, at a fixed or market price, keeping them to spend on other electricity bills, so you take advantage of all your solar energy.

ELECTRICITY TARIFFS WITH VIRTUAL BATTERY

Most homes have contracted power of less than 10kW.

This is the cost for our service.

We will calculate the price of energy for each billing period on an hourly basis according to the access tariff that corresponds to the supply point and the electricity market(www.omie.es)
You can see a breakdown of the calculation in the general conditions.

It will vary each month depending on the price in the wholesale market and the hours in which energy is fed into the grid.
Offsets your overages for all terms and on second homes, with no limit and no expiration.
The price of power is always the same and is indicated in the Official State Gazette (BOE).

The kWh discharged to the grid cause deviations on the demand forecast of customers that we must make as a marketer, and this entails penalties. The percentage reduction on surpluses is intended to cover this penalty.

Example of operation of the Virtual Self-Supply Battery

Antonio has generated with his photovoltaic installation 600 kWh in September, self-consuming only 250 kWh of the installation, the rest of his bill has been for the consumption of another 153 kWh from the network, adding the costs for power term, and other concepts, his electricity bill is 39.84€ in total.

Consumption of a house with an installation of 5 kWp

Power term

Energy term
153 kWh

No Virtual Battery, with simplified overflow compensation

Surplus NOT used
36,18 €

Without the virtual battery, only with the simplified surplus compensation, the consumer can reduce his bill in the energy term, however he would still pay the rest of the costs.

In the example, the production has generated 350 kWh that have not been self-consumed and have become 63€ of which, after compensating the energy term, there are 36.18€ left over that the simplified surplus compensation system does not allow to redeem, and the consumer simply loses them.
However, with the virtual battery, he can compensate all the concepts.

With Virtual Self-consumption Battery

Energy term (less simplified compensation)
0,0 €
Total
0,0 €
Power term (less accumulated in virtual battery)
0,0 €
Other costs (less accumulated in virtual battery)
0,0 €
VAT (less accumulated in virtual battery)

Surplus to be used for future invoices
36,18 €
With the virtual battery, the 350 kWh that you have generated but have not self-consumed have been converted into 63€ (with your surplus at market price) with which you have compensated the energy term and you can also take advantage to compensate in the bill of the following month or of a second home.
In this way you can pay 0€ for your next electricity bill thanks to the amount accumulated in the virtual battery.
