Installation service of solar panels for communities of neighbors.
We bring solar energy to any rooftop:
Installation of photovoltaic self-consumption systems in neighborhood communities, sharing the energy generated in homes or premises and common services of the building.
Reduce the ecological footprint of your neighborhood community
An average of 30% savings on electricity bills
Savings from day one with 100% financing
Up to 50% eligible for subsidies per kWp installed
Collective with surpluses under compensation.
For community and residential consumption.
Neighborhood Community
Neighborhood Community: receives the necessary kW for its needs.
Neighbors: Each volunteer participant receives 1kW or the corresponding sharing percentage to be agreed upon.
Huawei or similar single-phase/three-phase inverter of maximum efficiency
505Wp Trina Solar Black Frame 505Wp panels or similar
Wibee consumption monitoring equipment
From MIWenergía we carry out the study of the roof to dimension the installation of solar panels adapting the design to the consumption forecast of the whole Community, the location, dimensions, capacity and forecast of distribution of the generated energy.
The designed work is budgeted on a turnkey basis, including all the relevant procedures, permits and grant applications.
A physical or online meeting is scheduled by the engineering team of MIWenergía with the Community of Owners to present the offer and solve the different doubts that may arise.
The favorable vote of the simple majority of the owners (50% +1), also representing the simple majority of the participation quotas, is required, provided that the annual cost, net of public subsidies or aid and after applying the financing, if applicable, does not exceed the amount of twelve ordinary monthly payments of common expenses.
To calculate this majority, absent owners who, having received the notice of the meeting, did not attend the meeting, but were informed of the decision and did not object within 30 days, are counted as votes in favor.
In addition, if the result of the vote is favorable, the neighbors who do not agree will not have to bear the costs, since these will be compensated by the savings in electricity costs of the community.
Once approved by the Community meeting, a definitive design of the installation will be made taking into account the number of participants of the Solar Community, to adjust the distribution of energy of the installation per dwelling and common areas, if applicable, the dimensions of the installation, or requests for other types of distribution that may be agreed upon.
The contract will be signed in order to continue with the following steps.
From MIWenergía we proceed to carry out the previous legal procedures to install the self-consumption system on the roof, such as the legal permits whose term will depend on the City Council where it is located, or the energy efficiency certificates to have access to subsidies or grants.
Once they have been resolved, the work will be carried out within three to ten days, depending on the installed power.
In MIWenergía we carry out all the procedures related to the legalization of the installation before the competent bodies, and the notification to the Distributor of the area to modify the supply points in order to activate the self-consumption.
Once the previous step has been completed, each home and the Community of Neighbors as consumers must sign the surplus agreement with their supplier.
If the neighbors have their electricity tariff with MIWenergía, it allows us to shorten deadlines and to better manage their supply.

No, only simple majority approval (50% +1) is required, and the facility will be adapted to the number of participants.
Supply modality with collective self-consumption with surpluses under compensation: Collective photovoltaic self-consumption consists of a group of consumers reaching an agreement to share a photovoltaic installation. The collective agreement must state who participates (consumers and producers), and what percentage of production corresponds to each consumer, also known as the "distribution coefficient".
This modality allows surpluses to be fed into the grid, which will be settled by the distributor of each associated supply point.
This is the percentage of production that corresponds to each consumer.
No, they can remain with the company of their choice. Although for ease of processing it is recommended.
From MIWenergía we take care of preventive maintenance with at least one annual visit, and corrective maintenance, resolving breakdowns or incidents that may cause the installation as soon as possible to ensure the proper functioning of the installation.
The production surpluses will belong to each self-consumer in proportion to their distribution coefficient, which they will be able to compensate according to the conditions of their supplier, or with the free Virtual Battery of MIWenergía.
No, since the Community of Residents is the owner of the installation, it is not feasible for the Community to charge someone who is not the owner.
In the "Solar Communities" of MIWenergía we propose an equal distribution of the energy production for each house, once a main percentage is destined for the common areas of the building.
However, there are two possible situations:
- If there are not enough kW for the needs of all the neighbors, the neighbors will be charged the same kW so that everyone benefits.
- If there are enough kW for the neighbors who want to self-consume, each of them will be asked how many kW are the optimal ones taking into account their consumption.
The criteria and the so-called "Distribution Coefficient" must be included in the agreement between the parties and each consumer must send it to the distributor through its marketing company. In case your supplier is MIWenergía, we will be able to manage the procedure in a faster way.
