As we have been doing for some time now with other projects in which we participate, in this case we held the meeting from home together with our partners of the UtilitEE project project on September 15 with the intention of outlining the tasks and activities for the completion of the project.
The UtilitEE innovation project
The end date of the UtilitEE was set for September 2020, but the current situation caused by COVID-19 has led to delays in the normal development of the project. For this reason, the European Commission has granted us a six-month extension in order to complete all the scheduled tasks and successfully conclude the experimentation phase with the various pilot buildings.
During the meeting, it was established for the next six months to continue with the demonstration period of the solution and to carry out the Living Lab 2 and 3 where users and participating companies will be consulted so that they can evaluate the solution developed in the project in France, Germany, Poland, Greece and Spain. In this sense, the Spanish pilots are being developed in the Joven Futura urbanization and office buildings located in the Magalia Business Center and in the Murcia Science Park.
